Let's face it, the younger generation don't know how good they have it with video games. The older ones among us remember the time it used to take plugging our ZX Spectrums into the TV, setting the tape recorder volume just so, then typing "Load" and pressing play. Most of the time though, the game would crash after loading for about 10 minutes because the volume wasn't quite set just right!

AT YOUR VENUE

We can bring our History of Gaming Package to your establishment. All we need is a decent sized room with plenty of power sockets and we'll handle the rest. We can accommodate groups of up to 25 at a time (depending on the size of the room), and depending on the age range, we'll even promote a little healthy competition on the older games (like Galaxians, or Pac Man) to show the younger ones exactly how addictive the older games used to be!

IS IT JUST FOR THE PUPILS?

No It's not just for the pupils! the staff are allowed to play as well. We always like to embarrass the teaching staff by asking which games/consoles they remember, and then guessing how old they are!

Fancy letting your class try and drive a Lamborghini Huracan around Donington Park? We bet they think it's easy! Let them try! Or alternatively, see how long they can last on a Virtual Reality roller coaster before the screaming starts!

HoG IN THE CURRICULUM

As well as a rewards day, we are now working on being able to offer History of Gaming as a curriculum enhancing tool! It will be used along side the "Evolution of Gaming" module and will really enhance the learning experience with a great hands-on day of gaming and learning.
